You will be emailed a simple questionnaire regarding your business. Based on that questionnaire you will be assigned a Professional Growth Coach (PGC).
At no-cost, you will have one or more sessions with your PGC to complete our business roadmap presentation.
Subjects covered;
-Custom research, benchmarking and competitive analysis;
-Identifying the top challenges your business or idea solves;
-Identifying revenue channels that drive cash flows;
-Identifying funding requirements to reach critical growth points.
With the help of your PGC, the business roadmap presentation is sent to our Client Commitment Committee (CCC) for comments and input.
Upon review and input from the CCC, you and your PGC produce a Statement of Work which outlines items like;
-Key milestones;
-Project deadlines;
-Costs and;
-Role responsibilities.
This plan is now your roadmap to success prepared together with a business professional. With this roadmap you have all you need to follow the plan to success. However if you decide to continue we can help you execute the plan.
An engagement letter is provided which includes the SOW. It will provide a clear and accountable step by step process that will allow you to access the progress and move forward with confidence.
